7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Zyron Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

You may return your product within 7 days if:

• The fragrance or lasting power does not meet your expectations
• You are not satisfied with the scent profile
• The product does not suit your preferences

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following requirements:

• Product must be 90-95% unused (minimal usage for testing purposes only)
• Original packaging and box must be intact and in good condition
• All original labels, seals, and accessories must be included
• Product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition

Shipping Charges:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Exception: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping charges

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a free return and provide a complete refund, including all shipping charges.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
